I was at work when my wife called to tell me that the AC unit stopped working.

I asked her to perform a couple of troubleshooting steps that would find some small problems.

I asked her to make sure that the thermostat had fresh batteries and that it was on the AC setting. We have some kids and I didn’t know if one of them accidentally hit the wrong button.
