Enjoy some marvelous food in Albuquerque Cuisine

Albuquerque is most definitely one of the more sizable cities in New Mexico.

Albuquerque is located in the northern central space of the state, but it was founded in the early 1700’s… My family has been in this area for about 200 years! For a hundred years, my family was easily farming the land. Then water became especially scarce and my family had to find another type of business altogether. My mother’s family created one of the first Spanish American diners in the city. The appealing Native American and Spanish flavors particularly influence a good amount of the Albuquerque cuisine. The food and diners are one of my favorite things about the city. My most preferred thing about New Mexico is the fact that all of us have legal cannabis laws now… Just this past year, marijuana was made legal for recreational and medical purposes. The prices for recreational and medical marijuana are quite a bit lower now that a variety of companies have permits to grow and cultivate marijuana. There is an appealing Spanish diner in downtown Albuquerque that has a pretty tasty menu that includes marijuana. The multiple-course meal has cannabis infused into every part of the dish, but even the dessert menu includes some delicious cannabis. This unique diner is one of my favorite spots to eat. I also have a great time eating at Cocina Azul, Indian Pueblo family room, and Frontier. Mary & Tito’s is also a fantastic spot to eat. This particular style of food is more up-to-date than authentic, but the flavors are still the best. No trip to this place is complete without a taste of authentic italian american flavors. There are also a number of Cappuccino shops and patisseries that serve authentic native american fare to satisfy your cravings.
