You can get some great food here

Albuquerque is a single one of the most sizable cities in New Mexico.

Albuquerque happens to be located in the northern central space of the state! It was founded in the early 1700’s… My family has been living in this area for 200 years or so.

For a hundred years, our family farmed the land… Then water became pretty rare & our family had to get into another business. My mother’s family managed to create one of the first Spanish American restaurants in the city. The fantastic Native American & Spanish flavors definitely influence a good amount of the Albuquerque cuisine. The food & restaurants are my favorite thing about the city. My absolute favorite thing about New Mexico though is the fact that the people I was with and I have legal cannabis laws. Only last year, marijuana was deemed legal for recreational & medical purposes. The prices for recreational & medical marijuana are much lower now that a variety of companies have permits to grow & cultivate marijuana. There is an awesome Spanish restaurant in downtown Albuquerque that has a great menu that includes marijuana. The four-course meal has cannabis infused into all parts of every dish, even the dessert menu includes cannabis to enjoy. This particular restaurant is a single one of my ideal locations to eat. I also appreciate eating at Cocina Azul, Indian Pueblo family room, & Frontier. Mary & Tito’s is also a pretty cool location to eat. This style of food is more up-to-date than authentic, but the flavors are still nice. No trip to the area can be complete separate from a taste of authentic spanish american flavors. There are also a pretty good amount of coffee shops & patisseries that serve authentic native american fare.
