Lee’s Summit, MO, is a metropolitan neighborhood outside of the Kansas City region, then it has been ranked as 1 of the best places to live in the whole country… There are lots of different supervisors in the area such as the university system, hospital, medical center, and homeland security, then my fiance and I decided to move our family to Lee’s Summit, MO, after I got a job working in Kansas city. I took over as VP of sales for a well known Heating and A/C company. The Heating and A/C company has lost 8% growth this year and the owner wants answers for the bleeding. The Heating and A/C dealer has branches in Kansas City, Lee’s Summit, and Cape Girardeau. It was too far to commute from our old address, so the people I was with and I were thinking about moving to Kansas city! Unblessedly, the price of real estate was much more costly than the people I was with and I anticipated, then when the people I was with and I started looking at some of the regions outside of the city, the people I was with and I ran into Lee’s summit, 1 of the greatest cities in all of Cass and Jackson counties, then every one of us looked at more than 2 houses that were within our price range and some of them were close to the medical center. My fiance was going to try to work part-time at the medical center and our geographical location worked out great for that. Every one of us picked out a multiple-bedroom and various and a half bathroom home and found a nice city. Our neighbors are unusually quiet and they keep to themselves. In the day the people I was with and I have squirrels and doves on the deck and the patio. It’s 1 of the nicest places you could live in the whole state.

The owner of the Phoenix Heating & Air Conditioning company where I work does not hire fantastic employees to work at the shop… I do not think if someone else is screening applicants, however the men are never the cream of the crop, and the last couple of men have absolutely been duds, and one guy could not come to work on time & he always complained if the two of us sent him out alone to work on a heat pump or AC repair, but he quit after many nights on the job, however another employee lied on his application & the owner of the Phoenix Heating & Air Conditioning company did not think until it was too late. He worked on a dozen different repairs before the guy ran into troubles that he could not fix. The owner of the Phoenix Heating & Air Conditioning company just hired another current guy, however I think this one is going to work out. The current guy is named George & he has a lot of experience with commercial & residential Heating & Air Conditioning repairs. The guy is older than most of us & he has been around for a while. He recently moved to Phoenix with his wifey & children. That guy was residing in the Pacific Northwest before moving to Phoenix. I entirely hope this guy works out. He could be a nice addition to our team.
