Tinctures for treating plantar fasciitis

When I first got married, my hubby & I had genuinely little money; Both of us had both accepted entry level positions in our field that didn’t spend my savings well.

Both of us were also struggling to spend my savings off student loans plus our health insurance, condo mortgage & automobile payments, then there wasn’t any room in the budget for a gym membership or exercise equipment.

Because of this, I started running for my workouts, and running is free, however all I needed to do was lace up my sneakers & head out! Initially, I had genuinely little speed or stamina. I could only run for about half a mile before I needed to slow to a walking pace. I quickly improved & started going for ten-mile runs every day. While I managed to keep myself fit & strong, I destroyed my feet. I wore cheap sneakers that lacked proper support. I ended up with plantar fasciitis in both feet… Every step felt as if I was ripping open the bottoms of my feet. The pain extended from my heels to the balls of my feet. The pain became so serious that I struggled to even walk. Icing & elevating my feet & taking ibuprofen helped a bit. A friend of mine commanded that I try cannabis. At that time, only medicinal marijuana was legal in Michigan, & I couldn’t afford a nurse’s visit. By the time recreational weed was finally legalized, I was making more money & had invested into inserts for my shoes. I’d also bought a nice quality pair of running sneakers. I still visited my local dispensary in Muskegon to find something to treat persistent pain. I now take a few drops of a cannabis tincture prior to a run. It helps with the pain in my feet & joints. It also gives me a nice boost of energy. The Muskegon dispensary offers a genuinely lovely variety of flavors, strains & potency of tinctures.
