In Phoenix, AZ people don’t realize that there are chilly mornings.
Yes, during the days it is intensely hot no matter the time of year, and however, there are particular times of the year the mornings can drop into the 40s! For the most part I worry about cooling.
I have invested in top of the line cooling unit plus I make sure to get it officially diagnosed. For heating I use a heat pump system… The component can do both heating plus cooling. The heat pump is only tagged in during the mornings. I have an indoor air handler in each of the bedrooms. The heat pump only provides heating to those rooms. There is no reason to heat the rest of the house. I will save some money plus my machine will live longer… During the afternoon the A/C is working for the entire space since my fantastic friend and I are everywhere. The heating zone control was worth every penny spent… Being able to customize the heating settings is just so convenient; Each of my youngsters have their own temperature control too, however my daughter is regularly blasting the heater in her room while most mornings my child doesn’t even bother to turn on the heating equipment. I don’t know why people wouldn’t invest in zone control when they live in Phoenix, AZ. It makes sense since the weather doesn’t get chilly until late at night plus it only lasts a few hours. Don’t live uncomfortably but don’t cut the bank to heat the whole house.
