My husbandy cares about Christmas movies, and the cheesier the better in his opinion; She cares about watching the young couple frolic in the snow & laugh at one another, but making snow angels, snowball fights, & sledding all look magical to her, then well he is from the south where it is hot 90% of the year… Of course it looks cool to her.
- She entirely wanted to see snow for the first time, and i am from South Bend, IN.
I am used to snow, cold, & drastic windchill. I knew he wasn’t missing much. She pushed & pushed. So I decided he could come to Indiana with me & meet my parents. They were glad that I was going to see in the winter season season. My husbandy swiftly realized that the winter season season in South Bend is no joke. She didn’t have any of the common gear. I had to upgrade his coat, boots, hats, & gloves before he froze to death. She also threw herself down in the snow to make a snow angel & realized it was entirely wet & cold. She wasn’t gratified about that. Snowball fights weren’t fun since he hated getting hit with the snow. Making a sunman is time consuming & sledding is rather exhausting. She lost the magical feeling of snow after a week at my parents house. What made it double fun for his is that my parents were only running their heating unit at 70 degrees. The bad thing froze all weekend too. I don’t know my wonderful friend and I will be making another trip to Indiana again.
