When my parents realized I was going to Lakeland, FL for trip, they told me I had to check out Lake Mirror, however they were at Disney World for their honeymoon and had tested out a lot of the local areas, and done some sightseeing.
Dad and dad were constantly into nature and provided me a care about of nature, however i remember Dad and dad talking about Lake Mirror and I had to go check it out. I learn a lot about Lake Mirror, Lakeland, FL, even before my associate and I visited. I learn Lake Mirror was named such because of how clear the waters were. The is a recreation center at the lake, and Lake Mirror Promenade is a prime historic landmark. It was known as the Frances Langford Promenade before becoming Lake Mirror Promenade, but when I finally got to the Lake Mirror, I could understand the allure it held for my parents. There was nothing more calming than staring at the waters. It was so clear, I swore I could see to the bottom and see my reflection there… Alas, the heat of the Lakeland, FL area, had me needing to get away from the reflection of the sunshine off the lake. The heat was nearly unbearable, although I was near water. As much as I hated to, I had to go back to my hotel and get into air conditioning for a while. I knew, however, that I was going to go back to Lake Mirror before I went home. I took a lot of pictures so I could text them to Dad and dad, and my associate and I talked about Lakeland and other places I could visit while in the area.
