As much as I know zombies aren’t real, I still didn’t want to encounter one in the middle of the evening
If you happen to be in Elgin, IL during the late fall around Halloween time, you may want to take in some of the evening time tours Elgin has to offer, but they have a couple of alarming haunted houses you can walk through, and even a couple of ghost tours that I have found to be a drag. I had yet to see a ghost or even a hint of a ghost. My preferred place to visit during the Halloween season is Evil Intentions Haunted House. The first time I went there, I didn’t feel it was going to be a huge deal. The only thing they harped on was that it was in an abandoned casket factory. Caskets aren’t legitimately alarming unless they have dead bodies in them. I don’t know if the heating wasn’t legitimately great that evening, or if it was because it was a boiling evening, however it felt like the air conditioning was on. There was a chilly breeze blowing through the haunted house. I was ready to turn around and leave, however my friends called me a chicken, along with the haunted house, they provided Ghost Tours, an Escape Room, and an Escape the Night Challenge, which I assumed was a zombie thing. As much as I know zombies aren’t real, I still didn’t want to encounter one in the middle of the evening. I was shivering, but I didn’t know if it was from the cold, air conditioning, or lack of heating. My friends thought I was going shocky because of being frightened, and maybe they were right, but I was ready to get out of the haunted house and go home.
