The owner of the Phoenix Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier where I work does not hire nice employees to work at the shop, then i do not guess if someone else is screening applicants, however the boys are never the cream of the crop; The last couple of boys have actually been duds, but one guy could not come to work on time plus he always complained if all of us sent him out alone to work on a heat pump or A/C repair.
He quit after several days on the task… Another employee lied on his application plus the owner of the Phoenix Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier did not guess until it was too late.
He took care of a dozen unusual repairs before the guy ran into problems that he could not fix. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C tech messed up someone’s ductless air conditioning plan plus could not repair the problem. The boss ended up getting rid of that guy one month later. After that, all of us used staff from the agency in town. They were vetted by the staffing agency, so the boss did not have to worry. The owner of the Phoenix Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier just hired another new guy, but I think this one is going to work out. The new guy is named George plus he has a lot of experience with commercial plus residential Heating, Ventilation plus A/C repairs. The guy is older than most of us plus he has been around for a while. He recently moved to Phoenix with his husbandy plus children. That guy was living in the Pacific Northwest before moving to Phoenix. I truthfully hope this guy works out. He could be a nice addition to our team.
